Salt air, strong sun and the dry high desert air break paint down and open up stucco, so a lasting job is mostly prep. We pressure wash, scrape and sand, replace rotted wood and fascia, patch stucco cracks, then caulk and prime before any finish goes on. Exteriors are sprayed and back rolled so the paint is worked into the surface for full, even coverage.
