Prep decides how long paint lasts in the high desert, so work starts with pressure washing, scraping, sanding, replacing bad wood and fascia, patching cracks, caulking, and priming.
Exteriors are worked into the siding or trim instead of left on the surface where the strong sun and the freeze and thaw peel it early. The same crew repaints interior walls, ceilings, and trim. Free estimate
Call for a free estimate and Bill comes out to look at the whole house. He walks the interior and exterior with you, points out what needs paint and what needs repair, and gives you a straight price.
Prep and repair
This is where lasting work is won. The crew pressure washes, scrapes, and sands, replaces bad wood and fascia, patches cracks, caulks gaps, and primes bare spots before any color goes on.
Paint the house
With the surfaces sound, the crew brushes and rolls clean lines inside and works the exterior coating into the siding for full, even coverage. Bill stays on the job and keeps you updated day to day.
Walkthrough and cleanup
The site gets cleaned up every day, and you do a final walk with Bill at the end so you can look over the finished work.
